Job Description:
Job Title: Digital Application Analyst III – UKG / WFM
Location: Remote - Preference for West Coast time zone
Length: 1.5 year
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience with UKG Pro W / Workforce Management systems
- Hands-on experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler configuration and support
- Experience with UKG Dimensions and core WFM modules
- Experience writing and executing test scripts for system implementations
- Experience supporting go-live activities and post-production stabilization
- Ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and provide actionable findings
- Experience with data cleanup and ensuring consistency across integrated systems
- Proficiency in system configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of WFM platforms
- Experience working in healthcare environments with enterprise workforce systems
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience with Clairvia or StaffReady scheduling platforms
- 3+ years of experience with Clairvia or similar tools
- Experience with Workforce Integration Manager or related integrations
- Experience with PeopleSoft or other ERP systems
- Prior consulting experience in WFM implementations
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise deployments
Summary / Duties:
The Digital Application Analyst III supports workforce management initiatives with a focus on UKG Pro W and Advanced Scheduler within a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for configuring and optimizing WFM systems, executing and validating test scripts, and supporting go-live and stabilization efforts. The analyst will work closely with project leadership and stakeholders to analyze workforce data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure system alignment across platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, supporting data cleanup efforts, and maintaining data integrity between integrated systems. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on UKG expertise, and the ability to operate independently while collaborating across project teams.
