Both demand-focused and supply-focused positions are available. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in demand or supply planning, hands-on Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation expertise, and a strong background in planning processes. Experience with SAP APO and a background in CPG, consumer health, or manufacturing are highly valued.

- Participate in and help lead design workshops, testing, user acceptance testing, and solution validation activities
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices to optimize planning operations
- Support change management initiatives, including communications, training, and end-user adoption to ensure successful implementation and transition
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure alignment and integration of planning processes
- Support the project through go-live and post-go-live stabilization, addressing issues and ensuring business continuity
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years of experience in demand or supply planning
- Hands-on experience supporting a Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation
- Strong understanding of planning processes, including forecasting, inventory management, supply planning, and S&OP/IBP
- Experience gathering business requirements and partnering with technical teams
- Current or recent SAP APO experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, engineering, or a related field
- Preferred: Multiple Kinaxis implementation engagements
- Preferred: Experience with SAP APO, SAP IBP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, or other advanced planning systems
- Preferred: Experience leading change management or business transformation initiatives
- Preferred: CPG, consumer health, or manufacturing background
