Store Marketing Coordinator

6-12 month contract with likelihood of extension and/or conversion

Hybrid Role - Columbus, OH

Compensation: $22-24/HR


ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Store Marketing Coordinator to support the store marketing experience and planning strategy, overseeing initiatives from concept through execution across select stores. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating store marketing reference tools that guide seasonal campaign placements and promotional strategies in all regions. The Store Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in monitoring communication forums used by District Managers and the Global Home Office to address marketing issues, auditing store marketing files to ensure creative intent and strategy are accurately reflected, and managing the language translation process for international store marketing in partnership with third-party vendors. Building strong relationships with the store operations team to gather feedback on customer experiences and identify opportunities for improvement is essential, as is developing an understanding of various store types and signage needs to ensure marketing strategies are effectively tailored.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support store marketing experience and planning strategy, overseeing initiatives from concept to execution in select stores
  • Maintain and update store marketing reference tools to direct seasonal campaign placements and promotional strategies across all regions
  • Consistently monitor communication forums used by District Managers and the Global Home Office to address marketing issues, including order and delivery questions, reorder issues, and general inquiries
  • Audit store marketing files prior to print to ensure original intent and strategy are accurately reflected in creative artwork
  • Oversee the language translation process for international store marketing, partnering with third-party translation vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store operations teams to gather feedback on customer marketing experiences and relay opportunities for improvement to store marketing leads
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of various store types and signage requirements to tailor marketing strategies and materials accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving marketing-related issues as they arise in the field


WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Experience supporting marketing strategy and campaign execution, preferably in retail or multi-store environments
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail for auditing marketing materials and ensuring creative accuracy
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Ability to monitor and respond to communications from field teams and address marketing issues promptly
  • Familiarity with language translation processes and working with translation vendors is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
