Jr. Reporting Analyst

Remote Role

6-Month Contract with Possibility of Extension

Compensation: $30-35 per hour


ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Reporting Analyst for a fully remote, 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking and maintaining participant data and attendance across multiple programs, distributing and compiling survey results, and ensuring data accuracy through cleaning and validation in Excel. You will support the development of metrics and insights from training and program data, assist with training coordination and logistics, and contribute to Power BI dashboards for reporting. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or program coordination, strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Power BI and experience in the pharma or healthcare sector are preferred.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Track and maintain participant data and attendance lists across multiple programs and workstreams
  • Distribute surveys, monitor responses, and compile results into structured datasets
  • Clean, validate, and organize data in Excel to ensure accuracy and usability
  • Support the development of metrics and insights from training and program data
  • Assist with training coordination and logistics, including scheduling, communications, and materials tracking
  • Contribute to Power BI dashboards for reporting and final outputs
  • Provide ad hoc operational and program support across the broader team as needed

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 2-5 years of experience in a data, program coordination, or analyst-type role, ideally within pharma or healthcare
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (data organization, cleaning, basic analysis)
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and basic project management skills
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to execute independently
  • Strong communication skills and a personable, team-oriented approach
  • Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred)
  • Experience supporting training programs, survey data collection, or program analytics (preferred)
