In this role, you will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to establish project schedules, manage resources, track deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects remain aligned with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare systems and business processes, including Utilization Management (UM), Service Authorization, Referrals, Revenue Cycle, and Claims. You will be responsible for applying established project management methodologies and SDLC practices, developing technical documentation, and ensuring effective communication across all project phases.
