Loan Servicing Representative, you will support the post-close servicing process for commercial lending transactions by ensuring collateral documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained within established service level agreements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">You will manage an active pipeline of commercial loan transactions while performing lien perfection reviews, researching documentation exceptions, coordinating with internal business partners, and ensuring the client maintains the proper legal position on collateral securing commercial and collateral positioning\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Complete perfection reviews on various commercial collateral types\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Support UCC filings, continuations, amendments, and related servicing activities\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Research documentation exceptions and resolve collateral-related issues\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Manage a high-volume production pipeline while meeting established 12pt;\">Experience reviewing loan documentation in a production-based environment\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to
