This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling with warm leads to reconnect with previous customers, generate new business opportunities, and schedule shipments. The ideal candidate is energetic, coachable, and thrives in a performance-driven, phone-based environment. You will play a key role in re-engaging former clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure successful load scheduling. This is an onsite position in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per day to reconnect with previous customers using warm leads<\/li>\n<li>Re-engage and rebuild business relationships with former clients to generate and qualify sales opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Pass qualified shipments to the dispatch team for scheduling and follow up to ensure successful load completion<\/li>\n<li>Maintain ongoing relationships with customers after accounts are re-established to encourage repeat business<\/li>\n<li>Handle inbound calls as needed to support customer needs and address inquiries<\/li>\n<li>Track and document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to coordinate and ensure timely scheduling of shipments<\/li>\n<li>Work onsite daily in a high-energy, team-oriented environment, contributing to overall team goals and performance metrics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous customer-facing or sales experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence<\/li>\n<li>Ability to handle rejection, maintain persistence, and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment<\/li>\n<li>Coachable with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting<\/li>\n<li>Experience in logistics or trucking is a plus, but not
