This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity, completeness, and quality of project records throughout the project lifecycle, including engineering drawings, construction records, material documentation, and testing records. The specialist will develop and implement deliverable management plans, enforce document control standards, and collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and project requirements. Project information management responsibilities encompass both general project documentation\u2014such as estimates, bid packages, and correspondence\u2014as well as critical asset records, including testing documentation, as-built drawings, and material and equipment records. The role ensures that all project information is accurately captured, validated, and maintained in accordance with established requirements to support project execution, regulatory compliance, and long-term asset reliability. The ideal candidate will have expertise in document control, experience managing construction documentation (not field work), and a background in the natural gas sector or large facilities. Proficiency with electronic document management systems such as Procore, SharePoint, and Excel is required, along with strong leadership and mentoring abilities. This position serves as a key member of multiple project or program teams of varying size and complexity, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and quality of project records throughout the project lifecycle.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead development, implementation, and execution of the Project Deliverable Management Plan in alignment with company manuals, requirements, and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Establish and enforce document control and quality expectations with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with project deliverable requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Collect, organize, and validate project documentation, ensuring all deliverables are complete, traceable, and aligned with project specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Drive issue identification and resolution by reviewing project records (engineering packages, alignment sheets, pressure test packages, bill of material, material test records, etc.), tracking deficiencies, recommending solutions, and escalating issues as appropriate to maintain project schedule and quality objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to project governance processes, stage-gate requirements, and deliverable milestones.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor performance metrics for deliverables, including timeliness, quality, and rework\/rejection trends, and provide actionable insights to the project team.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain processes and tools to track deliverable status, facilitate reporting, and support efficient project execution.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure readiness of project documentation for turnover\/close-out, including validation that deliverables meet all requirements for downstream stakeholders and asset owners.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and provide guidance to PIMS I, PIMS II, and Sr. PIMS positions.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a technical SME in project information management, document control, and MAOP verification for large-scale infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">WHAT YOU BRING<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in project information management and document control for large-scale infrastructure projects.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated expertise as a Document Controller, with a focus on construction documentation (not field\/site work).<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the natural gas sector or with large facilities projects.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Procore, SharePoint, and Excel.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of MAOP (Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure) and project information principles.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead, mentor, and provide oversight to project teams and junior PIMS staff.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, validation, and quality assurance skills for project records.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to analyze, track, and report on project deliverables and performance metrics.<\/li>\n<li>College-level reasoning skills via formal education or equivalent work experience.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with various computer applications and project information
