In this contractor role, you will collaborate closely with the AI Portfolio &#038; Product Lead and business stakeholders to assess and prioritize process improvement opportunities, design future-state workflows, and build practical AI solutions using approved enterprise technologies. You will facilitate discovery sessions, document processes, develop and deploy AI models and automations, and support user adoption. The ideal candidate combines expertise in process improvement, stakeholder facilitation, hands-on AI execution, data science, and technical AI development. Success in this role will be measured by the effective implementation, adoption, and scaling of AI solutions that drive operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, and deliver measurable business value.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with the AI Portfolio &#038; Product Lead to evaluate, prioritize, roadmap, and deliver AI opportunities for Residential Solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate stakeholder discovery sessions and process reviews to identify AI, automation, workflow, and decision-support opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Document current-state processes and design future-state workflows, process maps, decision logic, requirements, MVPs, and pilot plans.<\/li>\n<li>Configure, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled solutions using approved tools, including copilots, AI agents, automations, prompts, business rules, and integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Apply Python, machine learning, AI frameworks, cloud services, and data science techniques to support prototyping, analytics, model development, and solution evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Lead pilot deployments, support user acceptance testing, coordinate with technology teams and vendors, track risks and dependencies, and measure adoption and business value.<\/li>\n<li>Create reusable templates, accelerators, training materials, and lessons learned to strengthen repeatable AI delivery for Residential Solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of business cases and success measures for AI initiatives, focusing on reduction in manual effort, improved productivity, and operational efficiency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience delivering automation or AI-enabled solutions from concept through deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Programming experience, preferably Python, for AI development, prototyping, automation, data analysis, or integration support.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with machine learning model development and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with AWS or related cloud services supporting AI, machine learning, data processing, or deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced data science skills, including data exploration, model evaluation, statistical analysis, predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, generative AI, or intelligent decision support.<\/li>\n<li>Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, AI agents, or similar automation tools (desired).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with low-code\/no-code configuration, workflow automation, Agile
