This individual will play a critical role in managing incoming ServiceNow requests, coordinating change activities, and ensuring efficient execution of ITSM processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">The ideal candidate will have strong ServiceNow experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Manage and prioritize incoming ServiceNow (SNOW) requests, incidents, and service requests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Coordinate and facilitate ITSM processes, including Change Management activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Review, document, and process change requests while ensuring adherence to established governance and approval workflows.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Collaborate with IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure timely request fulfillment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting within ServiceNow.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Monitor ticket queues and drive resolution of outstanding requests.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Communicate status updates, risks, and escalations to appropriate stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Support ITSM best practices and help ensure compliance with organizational standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">2+ years of experience in an ITSM, Service Management, or IT Operations role.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Hands-on experience with <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">ServiceNow (SNOW)<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\"> is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience managing and coordinating <\/span><strong style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Change Requests<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\"> within an IT environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes and best practices.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Ability to work independently in a remote environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Teams, and Outlook.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience supporting enterprise-level IT environments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent ITSM experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10.5pt;\">Experience creating reports, dashboards, and metrics within ServiceNow.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size:
