This fully onsite, initial one-month contract role (with potential for extension) is focused on modernizing and optimizing technical infrastructure to reinforce reliability, efficiency, and performance across the client\u2019s facilities. As the on-site team leader, you will own the daily execution of field operations and serve as the primary point of accountability for team performance, quality assurance, and client-facing communication at the site level. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership capacity on a high-visibility engagement within world-class data centers, working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead on-site execution and serve as the primary point of accountability for team performance, quality, and schedule adherence<\/li>\n<li>Manage daily team operations, including task assignments, briefings, and real-time problem-solving in response to field conditions<\/li>\n<li>Interface directly with client contacts regarding daily scope, site access, escalations, and project status<\/li>\n<li>Execute and oversee project tasks in accordance with technical drawings, ensuring all work meets client specifications and quality standards<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate field documentation, including measurements, task logs, and equipment configurations; support site enhancements and layout adjustments as directed<\/li>\n<li>Enforce safe tool usage, sustain a clean and organized work environment, and hold yourself and teammates accountable to quality and safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Model professionalism, safety, and accountability as the on-site culture carrier<\/li>\n<li>Provide coaching and mentorship to technicians, promoting a culture of safety and accountability<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear, professional communication with project stakeholders and client representatives<\/li>\n<li>Strictly adhere to all client data center security protocols and PPE requirements; PPE will be provided, though personal composite toe footwear is encouraged<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate flexibility for client-mandated restricted or blocked workdays due to holidays or operational events; these will be communicated in advance and are unpaid<\/li>\n<li>Lead a mobile, schedule-driven team rotating between multiple data center sites as required, with scheduling designed to minimize same-day travel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 3\u20134 years of hands-on experience in data center infrastructure, construction, or related technical trade in a leadership capacity<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings<\/li>\n<li>Proficient with hand and power tools for fabrication, assembly, and installation; precise measurement skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead a field team, including task delegation, performance accountability, and conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills; comfortable interfacing directly with client contacts<\/li>\n<li>Experience coordinating field activities and prioritizing work to meet project schedules<\/li>\n<li>Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of data center operating procedures and construction safety practices is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Physically able to lift 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, work in elevated temperatures (90\u2013120\u00b0F), and operate in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights<\/li>\n<li>Strict adherence to data center security protocols and PPE requirements<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility for client-mandated restricted or blocked
