Worth, TX<\/p>\n<p>Compensation: $57.19 &#8211; $57.20 per hour<\/p>\n<h3>ABOUT THE ROLE<\/h3>\n<p>Our client is seeking a Digital Content Copywriter responsible for creating, publishing, and maintaining customer-focused content across digital channels. This role ensures all content is accurate, engaging, and adheres to brand and editorial standards, while supporting a seamless digital customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in writing concise, web\/mobile-friendly copy for major brands, with the ability to translate complex technical or policy information into clear, customer-friendly messaging. You will collaborate closely with IT and business teams, optimize content processes, and play a key role in developing content quality metrics. Experience in the travel or airline industry is a plus. Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating their ability to reword complex policy content into high-volume, customer-facing commercial copy.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and publish customer-focused digital content, ensuring accuracy, adherence to standards, and engaging, user-friendly messaging across all digital channels<\/li>\n<li>Write and edit copy for functional applications, including error messages, terms and conditions, instructions, and product descriptions<\/li>\n<li>Maintain consistency in voice and standards by managing the digital lexicon and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Update and manage content within the content management system (CMS) using predefined templates, HTML, CSS, and JSON fragments<\/li>\n<li>Apply editorial expertise and leverage data analysis to continuously improve the customer experience and optimize content quality<\/li>\n<li>Translate complex technical or policy information into clear, concise, and customer-friendly language suitable for high-traffic\/transaction websites and Generative AI applications<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement content quality metrics and support processes to keep content current, accurate, and relevant<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate daily with IT and business teams in a digital customer experience environment to ensure seamless content delivery<\/li>\n<li>Translate written requirements into visual solutions such as wireframes, site maps, and page flows<\/li>\n<li>Optimize global content development and management processes and tools<\/li>\n<li>Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent publishing alerts related to operational issues, including weekends and late nights (e.g., weather delays, cancellations)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Journalism, Communication, Arts, English, or equivalent experience\/training<\/li>\n<li>3 years of experience writing concise, web\/mobile-friendly copy for major brands and high-traffic\/transaction websites<\/li>\n<li>1\u20133 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JSON fragments, and using advanced technologies for content creation and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Copywriting and design experience, with a strong online portfolio\/samples of work required<\/li>\n<li>Experience with customer-facing content, including for Generative AI applications<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Knowledge Management and\/or other CMS platforms (e.g., TeamSite)<\/li>\n<li>Strong digital content writing, editing, and content strategy skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate complex technical or policy information into clear, customer-friendly language<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of AP Style, SEO, accessibility, analytics, and information architecture<\/li>\n<li>Ability to tailor copy to diverse audience needs and maintain digital lexicon consistency<\/li>\n<li>Self-starter with strong analytical skills, adaptability to change, and demonstrated success collaborating across teams and working independently<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing at all organizational levels<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to reword heavy policy content into high commercial volume, customer-facing information (portfolio must include such examples; blogs\/media not considered)<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for publishing alerts (including weekends\/late nights)<\/li>\n<li>Airline or travel industry experience or knowledge is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Project management experience within a marketing or digital environment is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Creative skills and working knowledge of content
