This hybrid role requires 3-4 days onsite per week. The PR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Investor and Public Relations activities, including event logistics, project support, calendar and travel management, and expense reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of direct office administration experience, preferably supporting corporate, executive, or investor relations teams, and will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skill. This is a fast-paced environment where strong communication, computer proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.\n<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and maintain the Investor Relations database and information flow, handling confidential and non-routine information.<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the first point of contact for investors, representing the company with professionalism and tact.<\/li>\n<li>Track and record meeting histories and investment community contacts in the CRM database.<\/li>\n<li>Download and prepare first drafts of Analyst Report emails for the executive team.<\/li>\n<li>Respond to a wide variety of requests for information, policies, procedures, and executive actions.<\/li>\n<li>Support the SVP, Investor &#038; Public Relations, and team with ad hoc PowerPoint and graphics requests.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate event participation, planning, and logistics for Investor &#038; Public Relations activities.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and manage complex calendar schedules, requiring frequent communication with both internal and external contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Arrange complex domestic and international travel for executives and team members.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare expense reports in compliance with company policies, manage filing, sort and distribute mail, and greet and welcome visitors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years of direct office administration experience in a corporate, executive, or investor relations environment.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from an accredited college\/university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<li>High degree of tact, diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing databases and handling confidential information.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with calendar management, travel coordination, and event logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to prepare reports, support presentations, and respond to information
