The Scrum Master supports the team in delivering value by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, promoting effective Agile practices, removing impediments, and helping the team meet its commitments. Additional responsibilities include supporting backlog refinement, authoring user stories and acceptance criteria, tracking progress, and communicating delivery risks and issues. The ideal candidate for this role will have supported complex IT initiatives and ideally has worked across infrastructure environments such as networking, servers, and virtualization machines.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Primary Responsibilities:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Track progress and help the team meet its commitments. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Support the Product Owner and team with backlog readiness, user stories, and acceptance criteria. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Coach team members on Scrum practices and working agreements. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Identify and help remove impediments, facilitate conflict resolution, protect the team from unnecessary disruptions, and support continuous improvement.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Qualifications:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Degree in information technology, business, or a related field. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Ability to build trust and collaborate with diverse teams. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Practical understanding of Agile planning and estimation. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Experience:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"> Experience serving as a Scrum Master and supporting multiple Scrum teams. Practical experience with ceremony facilitation, backlog refinement, team coaching, impediment removal, and continuous improvement. Infrastructure, networking, or operations experience preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Preferred Certification:<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\"> CSM, PSM, or KMP<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:
