This long-term contract role focuses on supporting wireless network performance, device testing, and customer experience initiatives for a leading telecommunications client. Approximately 80% of responsibilities are dedicated to wireless field and drive testing, with the remaining 20% focused on test automation development. The engineer will design and execute test plans for Wi-Fi, 5G NR, and LTE networks, analyze network and device performance, troubleshoot RF and network issues, and recommend improvements to enhance coverage, latency, throughput, reliability, and overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of RF or wireless test engineering experience, strong hands-on drive-testing skills, and expertise with both carrier networks and Android\/iOS devices. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, technical data analysis, and the development of test automation solutions are key aspects of this role.
