You will partner with clients and stakeholders to uncover true business needs, then shape those into clear, actionable specifications for development teams. You\u2019ll own the Jira project board, keep stakeholders informed, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both discovery calls and backlog management and takes pride in bringing order to complexity. You will play a key role in translating business requirements into functional solutions, managing project progress, and providing transparent updates to ensure milestones are met.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for the OGE application<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria for development teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Manage and maintain the Jira project board, tracking tasks, issues, and progress to ensure project schedules are met<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Develop and present status reports and progress trackers to provide transparent visibility into development milestones<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Identify gaps between business needs and proposed solutions, proactively surface risks or blockers to the broader team<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">WHAT YOU BRING<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or combined BA\/QA role, preferably within an Agile software development environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and quality assurance methodologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Hands-on experience with Jira or similar project tracking tools for backlog management and progress reporting<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with strong attention to detail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:
