This individual will partner with Project Managers and Project Controls teams to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules while supporting cost management, forecasting, and reporting. The role offers opportunities to work on high-impact energy and infrastructure projects, exposure to complex industrial programs, and strong career growth into Project Management or leadership roles. As part of a relationship-driven process, you will help shape critical systems and have a direct stake in company success.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 project schedules<\/li>\n<li>Monitor schedule performance, critical path activities, resource loading, and project progress<\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain schedule logic ties, constraints, and baseline schedules<\/li>\n<li>Analyze schedule impacts, identify potential risks, and provide recommendations to project teams<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present schedule status reports to project management and clients<\/li>\n<li>Develop, implement, and maintain internal and external cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and project forecasts<\/li>\n<li>Support earned value management (EVM), cost management, and schedule performance reporting<\/li>\n<li>Support engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control<\/li>\n<li>Analyze project controls reports and provide recommendations to the project controls team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accurate project setup and maintenance within EcoSys and SAP<\/li>\n<li>Set up and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for tracking purchase orders, subcontracts, budgets, and project progress<\/li>\n<li>Monitor budgets against purchase orders and subcontract commitments<\/li>\n<li>Manage the internal Change Management process and review upstream and downstream change orders<\/li>\n<li>Develop and present cash flow reports and earned value tracking documentation<\/li>\n<li>Analyze project data using Oracle Primavera P6, SAP, SQL, and reporting tools<\/li>\n<li>Develop standard scheduling and project controls reports for project teams and leadership<\/li>\n<li>Support preconstruction and estimating activities when needed<\/li>\n<li>Perform quality checks on project controls deliverables to ensure accuracy and consistency<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a technical resource for Assistant Project Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, and Construction teams<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What You Bring<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field<\/li>\n<li>4-6 years of project controls experience within the utility, power delivery, or EPC industry<\/li>\n<li>3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM), schedule development, resource loading, baseline management, schedule logic, progress updates, and Earned Value Management (EVM)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting engineering and construction projects through planning, scheduling, forecasting, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SAP, EcoSys, and Microsoft Power BI preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience querying and analyzing data using SQL preferred<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present project updates to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to travel or accept long-term field assignments as needed<\/li>\n<li>Ability to obtain OSHA 10-Hour Safety Certification, if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s In It For You<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work on high-impact energy &#038;
