Under the general direction of the management team and senior staff, the Systems Analyst will provide analytical services, including defining requirements, developing and maintaining computer applications and systems, and delivering IT and business solutions. This role will focus on application support with a strong emphasis on integration for Patient Engagement systems, including Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS), Nurse Call, and Telesitting\/Virtual Nursing. The position offers a blended onsite (Pittsburgh, Oakland\/Southside) and remote work environment, with onsite requirements fluctuating based on project needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, and possess a thorough understanding of the system development life cycle (SDLC).
