Based onsite in Summerville, South Carolina, you will be responsible for developing a team of 10+ sales representatives, driving rapid market expansion, and establishing operational foundations for long-term stability. This is a hands-on, market-building leadership role for a seasoned, high-energy sales leader who excels at elevating performance standards, architecting scalable revenue engines, and fostering cross-functional alignment. You will leverage KPIs to optimize performance, partner with Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience, and play a key role in hiring, coaching, and developing top sales talent.
