This is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid work arrangement. You will play a key role in supporting the team during a critical system conversion from AFS to Loan IQ, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of loan documentation and data. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in loan servicing, project support, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project within a dynamic commercial loan group.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage team inboxes to filter, organize, and assign actionable items efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Assist with remediation of converted files by identifying and phasing out incorrect or outdated items<\/li>\n<li>Support the clean-up and maintenance of old reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad-hoc projects as needed to support team operations and the system conversion process<\/li>\n<li>Review and recognize various loan documents, including promissory notes and collateral documentation<\/li>\n<li>Utilize intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP) for data analysis and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Provide project support, reporting, and remediation for system conversion and related initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all loan servicing activities<\/li>\n<li>Work independently, taking initiative to resolve issues and complete assigned tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2+ years of loan servicing or related financial services experience<\/li>\n<li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting projects, reporting, and remediation initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage and organize inboxes using MS Outlook<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Strong accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work<\/li>\n<li>Experience with loan documentation and the ability to recognize key documents (e.g., promissory notes, collateral
