This individual will play a key role in supporting system integrations, participating in platform testing and upgrade activities, and contributing to the Client&#8217;s payroll transformation initiatives, including future Workforce Software (WFS) projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payroll systems analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and a background in supporting system integrations and resolving interface issues. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with IT, HR Technology, and Payroll Operations teams, and to help drive the adoption of new system features and enhancements.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support day-to-day operations and maintenance of payroll platforms including ADP GlobalView, SuccessFactors, and Workforce Software (WFS)<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot payroll system issues, data discrepancies, and integration failures between HR and payroll platforms<\/li>\n<li>Participate in system testing activities including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for system changes and upgrades<\/li>\n<li>Support configuration and optimization of payroll integrations between SuccessFactors, ADP, and WFS<\/li>\n<li>Document system processes, integration workflows, and configuration decisions for knowledge management and future reference<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to payroll transformation projects and upcoming WFS initiatives as a functional systems resource<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with IT, HR Technology, and Payroll Operations to identify and resolve system-related issues<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate new system features and enhancements for potential adoption and provide recommendations for process improvements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience as a payroll systems analyst, HRIS analyst, or payroll technology specialist<\/li>\n<li>Functional knowledge of at least two of the following: SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView, or Workforce Software (WFS)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting payroll system integrations and troubleshooting interface issues<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience with all three platforms: SuccessFactors, ADP, and WFS (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Prior involvement in payroll transformation, implementation, or platform migration projects (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with data mapping, file formats, and integration middleware tools (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>CPP, SAP SuccessFactors certification, or ADP certification is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); font-size:
