This individual will assist with employee health screenings, immunizations, occupational health services, and additional day-to-day clinical support for internal staff. The ideal candidate will have strong acute care experience and previous occupational health or clinic experience is highly preferred.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Performs health screenings according to established standard operating procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Provides occupational health surveillance services, including Tuberculosis (TB) surveillance, hazardous drug monitoring, lead surveillance, hearing conservation, and other required programs in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Administers immunizations and assists with employee vaccination programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Maintains, stores, and ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of employee health records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Participates on employee health, safety, and wellness initiatives as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Collaborates with Employee Health providers, Human Resources, leadership, and other departments to support employee health and safety programs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Assesses employees for work-related illnesses or injuries and provides appropriate recommendations, education, and follow-up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Assists with return-to-work processes, fit-for-duty evaluations, and other occupational health activities as needed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Provides health education and counseling to employees regarding workplace health and wellness topics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Supports additional clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Employee Health team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Skill Set\u00a0Requirements:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Active and unrestricted Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Recent nursing experience in an acute care environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nice to Haves:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Previous occupational health, employee health, or clinic experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Experience administering immunizations and conducting employee health screenings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Knowledge of OSHA regulations and occupational health standards.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education\/Certification(s)\/License(s):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Valid Washington RN License<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Ideal Candidate:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Self-motivated and able to work independently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Comfortable interacting with employees across all levels of the organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Caregiver Health RN Richland, Washington<\/p>\n<p>For over 16 years, Medasource has established and maintained relationships that are designed to meet your IT staffing needs.
