This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in records and information management who is interested in applying their expertise in support of a critical mission. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily records management operations, collaborating with agency and contract staff, and supporting the development and implementation of records management strategies, policies, and procedures. YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support daily records management functions and operations in coordination with the Agency Records Officer and Task Lead<\/li>\n<li>Respond to Records Management email inquiries and provide support to agency staff, leadership, and contract associates<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate records retrieval, transfer, and disposition processes with internal and external stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Research agency records and collaborate with points of contact to determine records value for divisions, offices, centers, and the agency<\/li>\n<li>Fulfill weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly administrative deliverables as requested by client and contract leadership<\/li>\n<li>Engage stakeholders, when necessary, to accomplish records management goals<\/li>\n<li>Support the development of strategies, policies, procedures, forms, workflows, and objectives for the agency records management program<\/li>\n<li>Utilize SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), and Adobe for records management tasks; knowledge of JIRA and ARCIS is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Maintain compliance with General Records Schedule, NARA Directives, and Federal Records Management requirements<\/li>\n<li>Lift and relocate archive boxes weighing up to 30 pounds as needed<\/li>\n<li>Work effectively in a team environment and communicate professionally with agency and contract staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years of records and information management experience<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of SharePoint; advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe<\/li>\n<li>Ability to research information online and in various data repositories (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, JIRA)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of General Records Schedule, NARA Directives, and Federal Records Management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift and relocate archive boxes weighing up to 30 pounds<\/li>\n<li>Strong critical thinking, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented, self-starter able to accomplish goals independently<\/li>\n<li>Professional demeanor and composure at all times<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with agency and contract staff<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting daily records management functions and operations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to respond to Records Management email inquiries and provide RM support to agency staff<\/li>\n<li>Experience fulfilling administrative deliverables (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to coordinate records retrieval, transfer, and dispositioning processes<\/li>\n<li>Experience researching agency records and coordinating with points of contact<\/li>\n<li>Ability to engage stakeholders to accomplish records management goals<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting development of strategies, policies, procedures, forms, workflows, and objectives for records management programs<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience using ARCIS (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Certifications in Records Management (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of JIRA resource management software
