In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of deployment across operational, technical, and security teams. You will serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and implementation teams, ensuring technical prerequisites are met, managing data migration and system integration, and overseeing hardware and software installation. The Project Manager will also coordinate training, support change management, lead quality assurance and testing, and ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards. continuous improvement.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for Guardian RFID implementation, including scope, timeline, milestones, risks, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with Guardian RFID representatives, internal IT, operations, and facility leadership to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee installation and configuration of Guardian RFID hardware and software, including wearable devices, fixed readers, mobile devices, and network infrastructure.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all technical prerequisites (Wi-Fi coverage, server configuration, integrations, security protocols) are met prior to deployment.<\/li>\n<li>Manage data migration, system setup, user provisioning, and integration with existing systems (e.g., JMS, incident reporting, access control).<\/li>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and Guardian RFID implementation teams, facilitating communication and project updates.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate project kickoff, status meetings, and cross-functional work sessions to drive project progress.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with custody, operations, training, and IT departments to ensure operational readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and deliver Guardian RFID training sessions for staff, supervisors, and administrators.<\/li>\n<li>Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new workflows and accountability processes.<\/li>\n<li>Develop or refine standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to Guardian RFID usage and compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Lead system testing, pilot phases, and validation of device performance and data accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor issue logs, escalate technical concerns, and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement assessments to optimize system performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure implementation aligns with facility security standards, data privacy requirements, and operational policies.<\/li>\n<li>Validate that Guardian RFID reporting and audit capabilities meet facility compliance needs.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate project risks, decisions, and progress to leadership and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4\u20137 years of project management experience, preferably in IT, public safety, corrections, or security-sensitive environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience implementing enterprise technology solutions; experience with Guardian RFID or similar tracking\/accountability systems is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of networking, mobile devices, and system integrations.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.<\/li>\n<li>PMP, CAPM, or similar certification preferred but not required.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with correctional operations, inmate management systems, or law-enforcement technology.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with change management and training coordination.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to navigate high-pressure environments with professionalism and
