We are searching for both mid and sr level software engineers that are able to leverage Agile principles to rapidly deliver high quality software via close collaboration with stakeholders and story-based iterative development. As a Senior Software<\/p>\n
Engineer, you will develop quality software and influence technical decisions for a product in a<\/p>\n
fast-paced environment. <\/p>\n

Software Engineers are involved in all phases of software<\/p>\n
development, from defining requirements to production releases. They are embedded in cross-<\/p>\n
functional teams of analysts, product managers, and testing staff, collectively striving to quickly<\/p>\n
deliver high-quality, high-value software. We work in an environment that encourages<\/p>\n

Primary Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 <\/span>Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of the assigned product and its business<\/p>\n objectives and roadmap.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code using C#, SQL, and web frameworks.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Contribute to the technical direction of the product and understand how the technical<\/p>\n direction aligns with business objectives and the product roadmap.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Demonstrate the ability to drive complex technical projects to completion both<\/p>\n independently, and by working with a cross-functional team.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Ensure the technical feasibility and stability of the product by contributing to the code<\/p>\n review and unit testing strategies, maintaining high standards for code quality and<\/p>\n performance.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Act as a mentor for other engineers, providing guidance and support.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Support the deployment and maintenance of the product in production environments.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Stay up to date on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the product<\/p>\n and engineering domain.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Demonstrate an excellent capacity to solve problems with technical solutions.<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Foster a collaborative culture <\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Cultivate and uphold trust from team members, peers, and the organization as a whole.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Minimum Education and Experience:<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>5+ years of experience as a software engineer required<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Enthusiastic self-starter capable of quickly taking ownerships of features, applications,<\/p>\n and systems<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Decisiveness, good judgment, analytical\/math\/strategic aptitude, and problem-<\/p>\n solving skills<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Excellent written and oral communication skills necessary to interface with and influence<\/p>\n all levels of the organization<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, procedures, and development tools<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Outstanding teamwork, mentorship, and development abilities<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Strong technical skills, specifically an in-depth knowledge of C#, SQL, and web<\/p>\n frameworks<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Deep understanding of application development, database design and system design<\/p>\n \u2022 <\/span>Experience with agile development<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":82,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Dublin, Ohio","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Brooksource","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-6277","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"\n
