In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of RTLS tags\u2014including deployment, activation, configuration, conversion, troubleshooting, and decommissioning\u2014to ensure accurate asset tracking and operational efficiency. You will provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, perform audits to maintain data integrity, and collaborate with IT and networking teams to resolve connectivity issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, experience in IT support, desktop support, or healthcare technology, and excellent organizational and communication skills.
