In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and project managers to drive enterprise priorities, organizational initiatives, and cross-departmental goals. You\u2019ll help leaders stay organized, track commitments, prepare deliverables, and ensure follow-through\u2014acting as a trusted second-in-command to project and program leads. The Project Coordinator will serve as a central hub between leadership, project managers, and external partners, prepare executive-ready documentation, support basic budget tracking, and help translate discussions into clear deliverables. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and experience with Microsoft 365 tools. Participation in Brooksource&#8217;s Elevate program offers technical training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a large health insurance network undergoing digital transformation. DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support senior leaders and project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise-wide initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Capture and distribute meeting notes, action items, decisions, and follow-ups<\/li>\n<li>Track project tasks, deadlines, and dependencies across multiple initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Assist with portfolio-level activities, including annual planning, intake tracking, deadline management for submissions and change requests, and weekly\/ad-hoc status reporting across the PMO<\/li>\n<li>Act as a coordination hub between project managers, leadership, and external partners<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain presentations, summaries, and executive-ready documentation<\/li>\n<li>Support basic budget tracking and status awareness<\/li>\n<li>Help project managers translate discussions into clear deliverables and next steps, especially where structure is still forming<\/li>\n<li>Adapt to changing priorities as the organization goes through growth and realignment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience supporting projects, programs, or leadership teams in a coordinator, PMO, or administrative PM role<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities<\/li>\n<li>Consistent attention to detail and follow-up to keep work progressing<\/li>\n<li>Clear, confident written and verbal communication, especially with senior leaders<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable collaborating across teams with varying styles, tools, and expectations<\/li>\n<li>Professional, service-oriented mindset and strong teamwork skills<\/li>\n<li>Adaptable to change in a growing and evolving organization<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft 365 tools; familiarity with JIRA is helpful but not
