This role is responsible for configuring and optimizing WFM systems, executing and validating test scripts, and supporting go-live and stabilization efforts. The analyst will work closely with project leadership and stakeholders to analyze workforce data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure system alignment across platforms. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, supporting data cleanup efforts, and maintaining data integrity between integrated systems.
