support investigations as needed<\/li>\n<li>Review analytical data generated by other analysts and perform second-person verification activities as required<\/li>\n<li>Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and test methods as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain laboratory inventory, including supplies and consumables<\/li>\n<li>Support Lean Lab and 5S initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Apply scientific principles related to drug substance and drug product testing<\/li>\n<li>Work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and outside standard hours as required to support 24\/7 manufacturing operations<\/li>\n<li>Work in multiple areas of the site, with possible exposure to allergens in a parenteral manufacturing environment<\/li>\n<li>Perform tasks that may involve repetitive motion (e.g., keyboarding)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma with relevant chemistry lab experience OR Associate\u2019s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Microbiology<\/li>\n<li>Experience performing analytical techniques (e.g., UV-VIS, TOC, pH, conductivity, color, clarity, osmolality, visual\/functional inspection)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with GMP and safety guidelines in a laboratory setting<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) preferred<\/li>\n<li>GMP QC laboratory experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>High attention to detail and ability to accurately document data<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work 12-hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends and outside standard hours<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to provide on-call support if needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RTP QC Chemistry Lab Tech 2026 Durham, North Carolina<\/p>\n<p>For over 16 years, Medasource has established and maintained relationships that are designed to meet your IT staffing needs.
