This role is focused on true reimbursement work including Medicare and Medi-Cal cost report preparation, HCAI filings, and reconciliation to general ledger and financial statements. Responsibilities include ownership of cost report worksheets, cost allocations, audit support, and management of audit adjustments and appeals. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert in reimbursement methodologies and provides financial impact modeling based on regulatory changes.
