This is a 3-month contract position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM. The Medical Secretary will play a critical role in coordinating and scheduling surgical procedures\u2014particularly orthopedic cases such as hip and shoulder replacements\u2014while managing calendars, case bookings, and ensuring all pre- and post-operative requirements are met. The role serves as a key liaison between physicians, hospital staff, and patients, maintaining accurate documentation within EMR systems and facilitating clear, timely communication throughout the surgical process.
