{"id":4929,"date":"2026-04-22T13:47:52","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T13:47:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.eightelevengroup.com\/jobs\/job\/a1wv5000004rfbvmas-qa-tech-dhl-salisbury-north-carolina\/"},"modified":"2026-04-22T16:38:58","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T16:38:58","slug":"a1wv5000004rfbvmas-qa-tech-dhl-salisbury-north-carolina","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.eightelevengroup.com\/jobs\/job\/a1wv5000004rfbvmas-qa-tech-dhl-salisbury-north-carolina\/","title":{"rendered":"QA Tech (DHL)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4 id=\"myCustomID\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.eightelevengroup.com\/apply-now\/?job_title=QA Tech (DHL)&#038;job_id=a1WV5000004RfbVMAS\">Apply Now<\/a><\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.eightelevengroup.com\"><< Return to Search Results<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere to all safety procedures, including proper PPE use and lifting techniques, and support all site HSE goals.<\/li>\n<li>Perform and document material inspections in compliance with procedures and specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Quarantine materials that do not meet specifications per local procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the QA Disposition team to ensure timely material release and prevent production delays.<\/li>\n<li>Inspect and evaluate damaged materials received or found in the warehouse to determine disposition.<\/li>\n<li>Assess and document temperature excursions for incoming shipments.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve issues with inbound shipments (e.g., incorrect quantity, contamination, product discrepancies).<\/li>\n<li>Execute transactions in <strong>SAP<\/strong> to maintain accurate material status (e.g., QI, blocked, scrapped).<\/li>\n<li>Initiate supplier complaints or remarks for materials that fail to meet Lilly\u2019s quality expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in investigations related to material or service complaints as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Author or revise SOPs, material specifications, and other controlled documents.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with other quality functions and support supplier change notifications (SCNs).<\/li>\n<li>Participate in and support regulatory inspections as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<\/hr>\n<h3><strong>Education &#038; Experience Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma required; <strong>BA\/BS in a scientific discipline preferred<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated understanding of <strong>cGMP regulations<\/strong> relevant to QA warehouse and inspection activities.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in <strong>computer systems<\/strong> and applications, including SAP and SmartLab.<\/li>\n<li>Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and the ability to <strong>prioritize multiple tasks<\/strong> in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work <strong>independently<\/strong> and collaboratively to support production demands.<\/li>\n<li>Strong <strong>interpersonal and communication skills<\/strong> with a collaborative mindset.<\/li>\n<li>Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with the ability to lead solutions to resolution while ensuring the safety of others.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to <strong>lift up to 50 lbs.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Ability to work <strong>overtime<\/strong> as required.<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>QA Tech (DHL) Salisbury, North Carolina<\/p>\n<p>For over 16 years, Medasource has established and maintained relationships that are designed to meet your IT staffing needs.
