Following a large-scale CC&#038;B implementation, the team is focused on stabilization, enhancements, and continuous improvement. This hybrid remote, 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity is part of Brooksource\u2019s Elevate Program\u2014designed for early-career professionals seeking technical and professional growth in a collaborative, high-impact environment. to design effective solutions<\/li>\n<li>Read and analyze Java code to understand system behavior and identify issues<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with development vendors (e.g., Accenture) to review and validate code and solutions<\/li>\n<li>Create technical designs and solution approaches for assigned work tasks<\/li>\n<li>Execute testing activities, including job execution within the CC&#038;B platform<\/li>\n<li>Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage work items such as bugs and user stories<\/li>\n<li>Write and execute SQL queries and scripts for analysis and data validation<\/li>\n<li>Perform data repair activities by identifying inconsistencies and implementing solutions<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis<\/li>\n<li>Support continuous improvement efforts across system performance and functionality<\/li>\n<li>Gain deep understanding of CC&#038;B and supporting technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field OR equivalent experience<\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or related technical role<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Java (ability to read and understand code required; development experience preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Basic to intermediate SQL skills (writing queries, analyzing datasets, executing scripts)<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Experience using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar for work tracking<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently on assigned problem statements<\/li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bonus:<\/strong> Exposure to Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bonus:<\/strong>
