This role is ideal for motivated specialists who thrive in a branch-based environment, engaging with potential clients to drive new business and support customer retention. DO<\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build relationships through in-person outreach at businesses, retail locations, real estate offices, mortgage companies, and other environments<\/li>\n<li>Participate in company-sponsored marketing events and local community activities (charity events, school functions, sports gatherings) to enhance visibility and generate leads<\/li>\n<li>Represent the company in the community through professional networking, exchanging business cards, and initiating conversations to generate interest in life insurance products<\/li>\n<li>Prospect for new partnerships and group opportunities to expand the customer base<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and conduct follow-up appointments in person, outside of the office<\/li>\n<li>Sell Life and Health insurance products with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Learn and apply product knowledge and effective sales techniques<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads through various marketing channels including mailings, referrals, networking, websites, and seminars<\/li>\n<li>Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage<\/li>\n<li>Prepare proposals and conduct closing interviews for Life and Health Insurance sales<\/li>\n<li>Process applications and documentation in accordance with company policies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records of prospecting and sales activities, meeting production standards and persistency goals<\/li>\n<li>Communicate complex insurance concepts clearly to clients<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with team members and internal partners regarding lead status and sales activity<\/li>\n<li>Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Active state-issued Life Insurance license(s)<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to complete LUTC or CLU coursework<\/li>\n<li>Valid state driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Ability to obtain and maintain any additional licenses or appointments required for selling membership-related products<\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in life insurance sales<\/li>\n<li>Background in selling intangible products or services<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Life Insurance and Annuity products<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions<\/li>\n<li>Clear and effective communication of complex insurance concepts<\/li>\n<li>Skill in preparing proposals and conducting closing interviews<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of insurance policy standards and customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in calculating premiums and policy values<\/li>\n<li>Strong relationship-building and client retention skills<\/li>\n<li>Consistent prospecting and achievement of sales goals<\/li>\n<li>Collaborative mindset and ability to work well with team members<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication with internal partners and leadership regarding lead status and sales activity<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of the tax and legal implications of insurance products<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong written communication skills for routine correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
