In this hybrid, client-facing role, you will collaborate closely with revenue cycle management (RCM) leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure Epic billing and claims processes are optimized to meet business needs. You will be responsible for system build, configuration, validation, and documentation, as well as providing critical support during testing cycles, go-live, and post\u2013go-live stabilization. This position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as a willingness and ability to travel for onsite support during key project phases.\n<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support Epic Hospital Billing (HB) and HB Claims workflows during implementations and ongoing client maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Epic HB system build, configuration, and validation activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with claims configuration, billing workflows, edits, and workqueue optimization<\/li>\n<li>Support and execute testing cycles, including unit, integrated, and end-user testing<\/li>\n<li>Provide go-live support, including onsite support when required, and assist with post\u2013go-live stabilization and ongoing system optimization<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot billing and claims issues in collaboration with operational and technical teams<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with RCM leadership and operational stakeholders to ensure workflows align with business needs<\/li>\n<li>Document build decisions, workflows, and support processes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement opportunities for ongoing system optimization and process improvement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Epic HB or HB Claims experience (Epic certification preferred, strong experience considered)<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle workflows, including billing, claims, and reimbursement<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting Epic implementations and\/or post\u2013go-live maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel for implementation and go-live support as needed<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a process improvement mindset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>Epic HB\/HB with Claims Analysts Cincinnati, Ohio<\/p>\n<p>For over 16 years, Medasource has established and maintained relationships that are designed to meet your IT staffing needs.
