In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resources team to manage new hire data, store transfers, compensation adjustments, and terminations, while ensuring payroll compliance and accuracy. The Payroll Auditor will play a key part in auditing payroll information, processing various payments, and maintaining compliance with wage, overtime, and deduction regulations. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to payroll operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring both compliance and exceptional service to associates.<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Audit new hire information, compensation, benefits, state and local tax jurisdictions, rehire data, and transfers between stores\/locations<\/li>\n<li>Process replacement and termination checks<\/li>\n<li>Calculate and produce retroactive and adjustment payments<\/li>\n<li>Review reports and investigate variances for resolution, including minimum wage compliance, overtime calculations, proper deductions, and benefit time<\/li>\n<li>Process bonuses and short-term disability payments<\/li>\n<li>Generate designated pre-audit and post-audit reports<\/li>\n<li>Address associate pay inquiries through ServiceCloud<\/li>\n<li>Review garnishments and involuntary deductions for compliance<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre-audits on assigned stores and review another auditor\u2019s work post-audit<\/li>\n<li>Maintain time and attendance records<\/li>\n<li>Support payroll compliance processes and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor for each pay period<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Associate\u2019s or Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>1+ years of experience in Payroll or Administration preferred<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Workday HCM and Payroll<\/li>\n<li>Experience with ADP payroll systems<\/li>\n<li>Strong ability to research and resolve issues quickly<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills and effective communication with customers<\/li>\n<li>Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance and accuracy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>#LI-ND1<\/p>\n<p>#LI-HYBRID<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":0,"featured_media":169,"template":"","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"_promoted":"","_job_location":"New Albany, Ohio","_application":"applications@staffingfuture.com","_company_name":"Calculated Hire","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[7],"class_list":["post-17535","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job-type-contract-to-hire"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.6 -
