Job Function:<\/p>\n
The Dojo Champion will experience building socio-technical change championship: helping\u00a0<\/p>\n
people and teams absorb new patterns for delivering software. The particular pattern may involve\u00a0<\/p>\n
AI, test automation, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, feature-flag\/flag-driven development\u00a0<\/p>\n
(LaunchDarkly), observability (OpenTelemetry, observability-driven development), flow-based\u00a0<\/p>\n
continuous improvement, or something not yet encountered \u2014 the domain changes, but the\u00a0<\/p>\n
championship skill carries across domains.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Champion the adoption of new technology and delivery practices across teams, helping\u00a0<\/p>\n
individuals and groups successfully implement new ways of working.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Support organizational transformation initiatives related to areas such as AI, test\u00a0<\/p>\n
automation, GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, feature flag management, observability, and\u00a0<\/p>\n
continuous improvement practices.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Participate in established Dojo learning experiences, communities, and coaching circles\u00a0<\/p>\n
to develop expertise in change enablement and knowledge sharing.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Shadow experienced coaches and domain experts to learn effective coaching, facilitation,\u00a0<\/p>\n
and engagement techniques.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Partner with technical and business teams to promote awareness and adoption of new\u00a0<\/p>\n
tools, practices, and delivery patterns.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Create psychologically safe learning environments that encourage experimentation,\u00a0<\/p>\n
learning, and continuous improvement.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Facilitate workshops, training sessions, learning circles, and collaborative discussions.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Engage participants throughout the learning journey by guiding discussions, encouraging\u00a0<\/p>\n
participation, and supporting skill development.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Gather feedback from stakeholders and participants to measure adoption, identify\u00a0<\/p>\n
improvements, and enhance program effectiveness.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Help translate new concepts and practices into day-to-day workflows so they become\u00a0<\/p>\n
embedded within teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Build relationships across the organization to connect people with relevant learning\u00a0<\/p>\n
opportunities and communities of practice.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Advocate for and champion a specific area of interest or expertise, helping scale\u00a0<\/p>\n
successful practices across multiple teams.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Monitor adoption progress and assist teams in overcoming obstacles associated with\u00a0<\/p>\n
organizational and technical change.\u00a0<\/p>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with coaches, practitioners, and subject matter experts to continuously\u00a0<\/p>\n
improve learning experiences and change adoption strategies.<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Technical foundation in: Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, UX\/UI, or\u00a0<\/p>\n
equivalent.<\/p>\n
o Includes but not limited to: Bachelors\/Masters Degree, Bootcamp, or independent\u00a0<\/p>\n
learning<\/p>\n
\u2022 0-1 year of professional experience<\/p>\n
\u2022 General AI Literacy<\/p>\n
\u2022 Familiarity with, or curiosity to explore and apply, pattern\/systems thinking \u2014 such as\u00a0<\/p>\n
from InnerSource Commons Foundation, MinimumCD, and Circle3<\/p>\n
