Your responsibility will be to ensure the underlying infrastructure is configured, accessible, and ready for those deployments.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>You&#8217;ll troubleshoot server connectivity, firewall restrictions, authentication failures, and access permissions. You&#8217;ll also coordinate with networking, security, and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and work through the approvals required in a regulated enterprise environment.<\/p>\n<p>This is a hands-on infrastructure administration role, not a position focused on writing automation code.<\/p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Administer and troubleshoot Linux and\/or Windows server infrastructure across physical, virtual, and cloud environments.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate connectivity issues that prevent automation platforms from communicating with servers and infrastructure systems.<\/li>\n<li>Diagnose network, DNS, firewall, routing, and authentication issues to identify the source of deployment failures.<\/li>\n<li>Submit and coordinate firewall rule changes, network access requests, and security approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Configure and troubleshoot user permissions, service accounts, Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and authentication methods.<\/li>\n<li>Work with identity and access management (IAM) and security teams to resolve authorization and access restrictions.<\/li>\n<li>Support infrastructure readiness for deployments managed through Ansible and Terraform, without being responsible for developing the automation code.<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot server configurations, operating system issues, and VMware or similar virtualization environments.<\/li>\n<li>Follow enterprise change-management and security procedures when making infrastructure changes.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with automation engineers, server administrators, network engineers, and security teams to resolve deployment blockers.<\/li>\n<li>Document troubleshooting steps, infrastructure changes, and resolutions.<\/li>\n<li>Share infrastructure knowledge with junior engineers and participate in the team&#8217;s agile workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>7\u201310+ years of hands-on experience in infrastructure engineering, systems administration, server engineering, or network engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Experience administering and troubleshooting enterprise Linux and\/or Windows servers.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of TCP\/IP networking, DNS, routing, connectivity troubleshooting, and firewall concepts.<\/li>\n<li>Experience investigating firewall restrictions and coordinating firewall rule requests or network access changes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing user accounts, service accounts, permissions, and authentication configurations.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with RBAC, IAM, Active Directory, LDAP, SSH, or similar access-management technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of infrastructure security controls and enterprise change-management processes.<\/li>\n<li>Experience troubleshooting production infrastructure issues and working with multiple technical teams to resolve them.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with VMware, Hyper-V, or comparable virtualization platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to independently investigate technical issues, identify dependencies, and coordinate their resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>NICE TO HAVE<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Ansible, Terraform, or other infrastructure automation tools.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting automation platforms or troubleshooting infrastructure issues affecting automated deployments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in a utility, financial services, healthcare, government, or another regulated environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting infrastructure across both on-premises data centers and cloud environments.<\/li>\n<li>Experience mentoring or supporting junior infrastructure or automation engineers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This position is suited to an infrastructure engineer who enjoys diagnosing why systems cannot communicate, identifying where access is restricted, and coordinating the changes needed to get deployments working.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size:
