Candidates must be available to work the assigned overnight schedule.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate, monitor, and make adjustments to automated and semi-automated pharmaceutical packaging equipment, including labeling, cartoning, and case-packing machinery.<\/li>\n<li>Support manufacturing operations while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.<\/li>\n<li>Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and established manufacturing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor equipment performance, identify alarms or malfunctions, and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.<\/li>\n<li>Complete and verify production documentation, including electronic batch records, manufacturing system transactions, and equipment cleaning logs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and report product quality concerns, equipment issues, process deviations, and safety hazards.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with operations, quality assurance, and other manufacturing support teams.<\/li>\n<li>Support line clearance, inspection, and packaging activities to ensure product quality and accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, productivity, and training compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or GED.<\/li>\n<li>2\u20133 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or another GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).<\/li>\n<li>Experience following standard operating procedures and maintaining accurate manufacturing documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work 12-hour overnight shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule, including weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work fully onsite in Concord, NC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience operating automated or highly automated manufacturing or packaging equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and electronic batch records.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, including 5S.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience in pharmaceutical device assembly, packaging, or inspection operations.<\/li>\n<li>Experience identifying equipment issues, responding to alarms, and supporting basic troubleshooting activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Schedule and Shift Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Night Shift: 6:00 PM\u20136:00 AM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position follows a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour overnight shifts, including weekends.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alternating three-day and four-day workweeks<\/li>\n<li>Typically 36 scheduled hours one week and 48 scheduled hours the next<\/li>\n<li>Regularly scheduled days off throughout the two-week rotation<\/li>\n<li>100% onsite at the manufacturing facility in Concord, NC<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additional overtime may be required based on production needs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 12 hours.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform repetitive motions associated with manufacturing and packaging operations.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and
