In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of technology and business initiatives. This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager who combines strong project delivery expertise with a technical background in software development, business analysis, or application delivery. You will thrive in a hands-on environment where Project Managers are expected to take ownership of projects from initiation through delivery, while also supporting business analysis activities and stakeholder engagement. The position offers a hybrid work schedule and the potential for full-time conversion based on business needs.\n<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage multiple concurrent technology projects from initiation through implementation<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and validate requirements<\/li>\n<li>Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate communication between technical teams, vendors, and business partners<\/li>\n<li>Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies<\/li>\n<li>Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive updates<\/li>\n<li>Support scope management, budget tracking, and project governance activities<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate testing, implementation, and change management activities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Perform business analysis functions, including process documentation and requirements gathering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of Project Management experience leading technology-focused projects<\/li>\n<li>Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or Technical Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and vice versa<\/li>\n<li>Experience gathering and documenting business requirements<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities<\/li>\n<li>Experience facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations<\/li>\n<li>Experience working within utility, energy, or regulated industries (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>PMP certification (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery experience (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with application development projects (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting billing, customer, financial, or operational systems (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or other project tracking tools
