This position focuses on supporting and enhancing a mobile application used by field technicians, with a primary responsibility for defining and documenting requirements that enable seamless integration with a Salesforce-based workforce management platform. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, field operations, product, and technology teams to analyze and translate business processes into actionable system requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with field-operations workforce management systems, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.
