Calculated Hire is seeking a Senior Collateral Analyst to serve as a dedicated resource for a mortgage servicing client in Dallas. This role leads and manages a variety of collateral-related duties, with a strong emphasis on assignments of mortgage and document custodian workflow. The Senior Collateral Analyst will leverage knowledge of default servicing practices and collateral management to execute curative initiatives, oversee relationships with document custodians and vendors, and coordinate logistics for collateral workflows. The position requires collaboration with the collateral management and asset management teams, performing reconciliations, identifying and implementing process improvements, and supporting operational enhancements. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of assignment of mortgage experience, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Familiarity with collateral management aspects and trading programs (including non-agency whole loan, agency whole loan, GNMA Buyout MSR, etc.) is a plus.<\/p>\n
