As an Insurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing a high volume of unpaid or incorrectly paid third-party claims, ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. You will be responsible for the full resolution process of insurance accounts, including follow-up, denial appeals, claim corrections, resubmissions, and payment discrepancy resolution. This position requires strong communication skills to interact with payers, patients, referring physician offices, vendors, and internal revenue-cycle teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in patient accounting, medical billing, or healthcare accounts receivable, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
