As an AMI Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring smart meters are communicating properly, data is flowing accurately, and operational issues are resolved quickly. This hybrid role, based in Westwood, MA, serves as a key liaison between operations, deployment, billing, vendor support, and technology teams. You will enjoy troubleshooting, analyzing data, identifying root causes, and collaborating across multiple groups to drive resolution. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge utility technology and smart grid initiatives in a flexible work environment.\n<\/p>\n<h3>WHAT YOU&#8217;LL DO<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor AMI networks and systems to identify meters not communicating properly<\/li>\n<li>Investigate communication failures, meter exceptions, and network-related issues to determine root cause and resolution<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot unreachable meters using AMI Head-End System, Meter Data Management System, and supporting utility applications<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with deployment, billing, operations, and vendor teams to resolve meter communication and usage data issues<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage service orders for meter investigations, reads, exchanges, and field troubleshooting<\/li>\n<li>Analyze meter events, alarms, voltage readings, and operational data to identify trends and anomalies<\/li>\n<li>Track issues from meter installations and support remediation for incorrect installations or reconfigurations<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports on exception trends, meter performance, and resolution status<\/li>\n<li>Maintain detailed documentation and provide updates to stakeholders throughout issue resolution<\/li>\n<li>Support AMI system upgrades, testing activities, and process improvement initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Develop recommendations to improve data quality, system performance, and operational efficiency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>WHAT YOU BRING<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>2-3 years of experience with data analysis, reporting, or utility technology systems<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with SQL and querying large datasets<\/li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools<\/li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Databricks, SQL, Power BI, SAP S\/4HANA, or similar enterprise platforms<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Customer Information Systems (CIS), AMI Head-End Systems, or Meter Data Management Systems (preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Experience supporting utility
