The agent is being built now, with rollout beginning next month and additional phases continuing through the rest of the year. The immediate goals are to reduce Tier 1 help desk consumption and increase employee productivity.<\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;re looking for a Functional\/Technical Consultant who can bridge the gap between the technical team building the AI agent and the HR stakeholders who own the business outcome. This is not a hands-on development role \u2014 some familiarity with development is a plus, but not required.<\/p>\n<h2>What You&#8217;ll Own<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the primary point of contact between HR directors and the technical\/engineering team<\/li>\n<li>Manage expectations on both sides \u2014 translating business needs into scope the technical team can execute against, and translating technical realities back to stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular project updates through the reporting chain (to the director, and up through leadership)<\/li>\n<li>Help steer and evaluate agent behavior as the platform is built and refined<\/li>\n<li>Support the team through each rollout phase across the year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Day-to-Day<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage stakeholder expectations on an ongoing basis<\/li>\n<li>Work directly with the technical team to make sure work stays within agreed scope<\/li>\n<li>Join regular check-ins with HR directors and project leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Required Skillset<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Working understanding of AI\/agentic architecture<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand agent behaviors and help steer\/tune them<\/li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management \u2014 comfortable managing expectations across both business and technical audiences<\/li>\n<li>Background knowledge of IS\/IT<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Gen AI or AI development concepts (formal development experience not required, but useful)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ideal Candidate Profile<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Experienced professional, not a recent graduate \u2014 this is a high-level resource<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable operating as a functional\/technical consultant rather than a builder<\/li>\n<li>Prior exposure to AI\/Gen AI projects, courses, or initiatives is a strong plus<\/li>\n<li>Flexible on total years of experience if the AI\/Gen AI background is
