This role will partner closely with business, operations, and technology teams to drive project execution, facilitate communication across stakeholders, and support the successful delivery of regulatory and operational initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Project Management, Business Analysis, and Capital Markets<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\"> experience, with the ability to drive initiatives from requirements gathering through implementation and user acceptance testing.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Lead project execution across multiple Capital Markets initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Coordinate with business, operations, technology, and downstream stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Gather, document, and refine business requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and coordination with business users<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Assist in developing test scripts and validating business functionality<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Track project milestones, delivery schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Support operational process improvements and regulatory-driven initiatives<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">5+ years of Project Management and\/or Business Analysis experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Experience supporting <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Capital Markets<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">, <\/span><strong style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">CIB Operations<\/strong><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">, or other financial markets environments<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Experience driving projects involving business and technology teams<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, UAT coordination, and implementation support<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Nice to Have<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Collateral Management experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Confirmations experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">U.S. Treasury Clearing experience<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Exposure to regulatory initiatives within Capital Markets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Experience working with cleared products or collateral-related operational processes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">Why This Role?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: serif; font-size: 12px;\">This is an opportunity to join a highly visible Capital Markets team supporting complex operational and regulatory initiatives.
