Job Description:
- A Data Modeler is needed to analyze data sources and provide detailed data models for the engineering team.
- This role requires proficiency in SQL for business analytics and an understanding of the company's data usage.
- The Data Modeler will translate business needs into data models that support long-term solutions, maintaining conceptual, logical, and physical data models while ensuring data integrity by addressing redundancy and unnecessary replication.
Requirements:
- Proficient knowledge of SQL to perform business analytics.
- Understanding of and ability to translate business needs into data models supporting long-term solutions.
- Strong Experience working with XML and XSD (XML Schema Definition) files.
- Have exposure to retail POS databases.
- Ability and willingness to stay informed of the ways the client uses its data.
