- Coordinate operational adoption across the interconnected data integration, risk and control mapping, reporting, and governance workstreams.
- Facilitate planning sessions, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, governance forums, and project steering meetings.
- Identify delivery risks, resource constraints, cross-team dependencies, and schedule impacts; develop mitigation and response plans.
- Establish and maintain project reporting that provides clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, milestones, and business outcomes.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused communications for leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Partner with cybersecurity leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align project execution with strategic objectives, risk and governance priorities, capability roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
- Manage project scope, goals, and timeline while ensuring alignment with approved objectives.
- Manage project financials in partnership with portfolio management, including budgets, forecasts, resource allocations, and project time tracking.
- Drive accountability for commitments and facilitate timely resolution of issues and blockers.
- Support vendor engagements, contract deliverables, procurement activities, and implementation planning when applicable.
- Ensure delivery artifacts, documentation, governance requirements, and project controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Promote consistency in project delivery practices while adapting approaches to Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models as needed.
- Lead project team(s) & contractors, mentor junior PMs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or related disciplines, including leading project teams and contractors and establishing clear accountability for delivery commitments.
- Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional dependencies among multiple teams and stakeholders.

Exposure to areas such as Identity Security, Security Operations, Incident Response, Cloud Security, Network Security, Product Security, Application Security, or Security Engineering is a plus.

- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
- Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, or investment-funded initiatives.
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate independently in highly complex and ambiguous environments.
