ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a leading federal integrator partner, is seeking a Salesforce Data 360 Developer to support an active, high-visibility government contract focused on implementing and maintaining a Salesforce participant engagement platform. This remote, onshore US contract role is ideal for a Salesforce developer with hands-on Data 360 experience who thrives in high-sensitivity, multi-vendor federal environments. You will be responsible for building and maintaining unified data profiles, data streams, and identity resolution configurations that power participant engagement across the platform. Working closely with Data Cloud Architects, ETL teams, and analytics partners, you will ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal data sensitivity standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and configure Salesforce Data 360 components, including data streams, data bundles, identity resolution rulesets, and unified individual profiles
• Develop and maintain data transformations and calculated insights within the Data Cloud environment
• Collaborate with the ETL team and MuleSoft integration layer to ensure accurate, timely data ingestion from research systems
• Partner with analytics teams to surface Data 360 outputs in CRM Analytics dashboards and reporting tools
• Support data quality reviews, troubleshoot unification issues, and resolve identity resolution conflicts
• Operate within strict PHI/PII data handling standards and ensure compliance with federal data sensitivity requirements
• Document Data 360 configurations, data lineage, and operational procedures

WHAT YOU BRING

• 
  
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360, including data streams, identity resolution, and unified profiles
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and integration with Data Cloud and core Salesforce objects
• Experience with data transformation, calculated insights, and activation within Data Cloud
• Familiarity with ETL concepts and ability to collaborate with MuleSoft integration developers
• PHI/PII awareness and experience operating in federally regulated, data-sensitive environments
• Must be onshore in the United States (U.S. citizenship not required; H-1B visa holders accepted)
• Nice to Have:
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant
• Experience supporting federal health research or federal health research data programs
• Proficiency with CRM Analytics for reporting and dashboard environments
