Senior Solution Consultant

Remote (up to 40% travel)

Compensation: $90 - $95 per hour

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Solution Consultant is a dynamic and strategic customer-facing expert responsible for driving the successful adoption of cloud and SaaS solutions for enterprise clients. Leveraging deep technical knowledge of cloud platforms, data analytics, and integration strategies, this individual partners with sales, product, and engineering teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges. This role leads discovery sessions, architects scalable solutions, and guides customers through onboarding, implementation, optimization, and adoption initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with consultative problem-solving skills, executive-level communication abilities, and a passion for helping customers achieve measurable business outcomes and ROI.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead discovery sessions to gather business and technical requirements and identify customer needs and pain points.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements to validate solution value.
• Partner with sales, product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to develop proposals, support RFP/RFI responses, and articulate business value.
• Architect scalable SaaS and cloud-based solutions, including data, analytics, and integration strategies.
• Facilitate solution design workshops and advise customers on implementation approaches, risks, timelines, and best practices.
• Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide guidance on solution adoption, onboarding, integration, and optimization.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Develop technical documentation, user guides, training materials, solution playbooks, and reusable assets.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and ROI metrics, identifying opportunities for expansion, enhancement, and customer success.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into future solution development.
• Represent the organization at industry events, webinars, workshops, and thought leadership initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 8+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or other customer-facing technical roles.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale SaaS implementations, cloud-based solutions, and customer adoption initiatives.
• Strong background leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, product demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable cloud, SaaS, data, and integration solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, data and analytics solutions, system integrations, and enterprise architectures.
• Experience working within enterprise B2B environments and supporting complex sales engagements.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot and familiarity with data modeling and database technologies.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
• Preferred experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java for prototyping and troubleshooting.
• Experience contributing to thought leadership activities including webinars, conference presentations, white papers, or industry publications.
